In this week’s MSN DVD column, I pore over Alliance’s new Tarantino XX boxed set, which is nifty (if not exactly comprehensive or definitive), and try to place the filmmaker’s impressive legacy in some sort of context.

Now, it’s true that only Quentin Tarantino can fully explain Quentin Tarantino, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try. Nor should we ever miss an opportunity to praise the magnificence that is From Dusk Till Dawn, even if it isn’t included in this particular package.
