It’s the first Wednesday of August! And you can celebrate this by going to see Shaun the Sheep Movie,  which opens theatrically today and which is really, really good, or by joining me at Harbourfront tonight at 9 pm for a free screening of Taika Waititi’s charming, complicated dramedy Boy.

Come to think of it, the Shaun movie is pretty short, so there’s really no reason you can’t do both. Isn’t it great when things work out like that?
