The 40th Toronto International Film Festival is now officially underway, and by the time you read this I will likely be in a screening. I see a lot of screenings, you know — and do a lot of interviews, and occasionally stop to sleep or eat.
Here is NOW’s TIFF 2015 website, which you should check regularly for updated reviews and interviews over the course of the festival. My latest contribution is a look at some of this year’s Canadian shorts. I also interviewed Brian D. Johnson about his documentary Al Purdy Was Here for the TFCA website, because that was the only way I could do so without a massive conflict of interest.
Enjoy! And I’m sure I’ll see you around the Lightbox.
