This week’s NOW was supposed to include my interview with Tran Anh Hung, director of the excellent “Norwegian Wood”, but the film’s release date was moved at the last minute. Again. It was originally supposed to open January 27th. At this rate, one could probably order the Hong Kong Blu-ray from DDD House and receive it before the film graces Toronto’s screens.

Anyway, between that and Sony’s refusal to screen “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance” for the press, that’s why I don’t have much in this week’s paper. But don’t worry; I’ll be all over next week’s issue. (And I’m seeing “Ghost Rider” tomorrow afternoon.)
