I wrote a couple of longish pieces about “Grindhouse” when it opened theatrically back in April, but thanks to the magic of home video, I can revisit it all over again in this week’s Sympatico/MSN DVD column.

Bottom line: “Death Proof” may be one long indulgence, but “Planet Terror” still gets it right, even if the extended version kills the best jump cut in the original version.
