Okay, not really, but Seth Rogen’s Neighbors cleaned up big-time at the box office this weekend, earning $51 million while The Amazing Spider-Man 2 dropped to second place with $37.2 million.

This was seen as a big blow to Sony’s franchise plans, while ignoring the fact that Amazing 2 has grossed more than half a billion dollars around the world in less than a month — so shut up, that Sinister Six movie is still totally happening.
