It’s the last hurrah at Harbourfront Centre for this summer’s Free Flicks program, and we’re going out in high style with Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge!

It’s the audience choice selection, beating out Fantastic Mr. Fox and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, but this isn’t like that time everyone voted to make me introduce The Tourist after I spent two months betting them not to; I actually really love Moulin Rouge!, and am delighted to be presenting it. (I did program it, after all.)

It’s a little on the long side, so we’re going to start the show at 8:45 pm. Come down early to get a decent seat and the freshest popcorn. If you’ve been joining us all summer, thanks so much for your support.
