Everybody Cut, Everybody Cut

Hey, remember the ’80s? NOW Free Flicks sure does, and we’re celebrating the era at its shiniest and silliest with a 35th anniversary screening of Herbert Ross’ immortal dance drama Footloose, which is both dumber and more thoughtfully acted than you probably remember.

I mean, I don’t know what else I can say to get you down to The Royal; it’s Footloose, it’s free, you’ve probably never seen it with a crowd. So do that!

You can find all the details at the Facebook event page, but you know how it works, right? Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:30 pm; the first hundred guests get free popcorn, and everybody gets a free movie.

Do not expect me to dance. It will not happen.
